Mission Statement
Our highest mission statement lies in our 3 step
commitment to service. This
will be known; mutually instilled and energized by all associates!
I. Remember always that whatever we
do - our clients are not ultimately satisfied until they
either sell or buy their home.
II. We provide utmost service by
always thinking, acting and reacting completely - without
delay. We are in a service business.
III. We strive for anticipation and
compliance of our clients needs in a manner that results in
the least inconvenience and most effectiveness for all. Respond in the simplest
way to
achieve the most desired results.
In addition we are all instructed and empowered to act in the following manner:
* Any associate who receives a customer complaint - owns that complaint and will
personally do what is reasonable to solve it quickly.
* Each associate will continually identify defects within the organization and
its procedures
and provide suggestions to remedy the defect .
* Smile - we are always on stage! Always use words like “Good Morning”, “I’ll be
happy
to” and “Thank You”. We must continually express our gratitude to the people who
choose to work with us.
* Be an ambassador of the organization - and strive to make everyone else one.
Our
business comes from referrals and happy clients.
* Ideas, constructive change and an innovative approach are always welcome!
Negative
outlooks and comments are not!
* Use proper telephone etiquette, answer all calls within 20 seconds, ask the
caller it if is
all right to put them on hold, express a pleasant and firm desire to help!
Protecting the assets and reputation of the organization is the responsibility
of everyone.
